Advanced Form Notifications

Advanced Form Notifications is a Google Forms add-on. It helps you send email notifications to users and you, and can check new responses or close the form.

To install it, please visit:

• Or, in your google form, select menu -> add-ons , search "Advanced Form Notifications", click install.

Privacy Policy

• This add-on does not collect any personal information. It only stores your custom settings configured in the add-on for the current form. User data is not used for other purposes and is not shared with anyone else.
• The add-on only accesses the current form data and the current user email address. Current user email address is used as the default email address for the function “Notify me” and the default reply to email address for the function “Notify respondents”.
• This add-on sends emails to the persons specified by user and or the respondents of the form. If user select “my gmail” to send emails in the configuration, it will send emails as you by Gmail. If user select “email service” to send emails, it will send emails through the 3rd party email service which need to call their service api through the https network.
